Desbloquean Mairana, pero la ruta nueva al oriente sigue intransitable

Cuando se cumplen 23 días de bloqueos, hay 15 puntos obstruidos, 14 de ellos en Cochabamba y uno en Santa Cruz, en el límite con ese departamento.

Aunque los puntos más conflictivos ya fueron liberados, el departamento de Cochabamba todavía no tiene acceso expedito al oriente, particularmente por el sector de Chapare, bastión importante de Evo Morales.

“Vamos a continuar con nuestro trabajo de seguir desbloqueando nuestro país, para conectar el valle con el oriente y occidente de nuestro país (…). La Policía aprehendió ayer al menos a 25 personas vinculadas con los bloqueos en Mairana, entre ellos al concejal evista Gilbert Tapia, acusado de financiar la extrema medida de presión y promover la violencia contra policías y periodistas.

Hoy después de varias horas fue encontrado el policía desaparecido en los enfrentamientos de Capinota, de ayer.

El uniformado fue hallado después de las 07:00 en Itapaya, este fue golpeado y tenía algunas manchas de sangre en la ropa, fue trasladado a la CNS.

Ayer por la tarde en Capinota tres efectivos resultaron heridos, dos varones y una mujer, producto del enfrentamiento con bloqueadores que usaron artefactos explosivos contra uniformados. En esta circunstancia el efectivo fue secuestrado por los bloqueadores.

Un contingente policial partió este martes desde el municipio de Mairana, en Santa Cruz, hacia Epizana, por la carretera antigua a Cochabamba, con el objetivo de habilitar esta vía que está bloqueada desde hace 23 días.

Según el reporte de Bolivia TV, varias camionetas partieron desde Mairana cerca de las 06:00. Se prevé que el contingente llegue a la zona del conflicto en las próximas horas.

Los sectores evistas cumplen este martes 23 días de bloqueo exigiendo la anulación de procesos contra su líder, Evo Morales, investigado por un caso de estupro. También piden otras medidas de orden económico.

El Servicio Nacional de Meteorología e Hidrología (Senamhi) pronosticó lluvias y tormentas eléctricas del 04 al 07 de noviembre en cuatro regiones del departamento: zona andina, valles, cono sur y en el trópico de Cochabamba.

El director departamental del Senamhi, Erick Sosa, informó este lunes que en la zona andina se tendrá temperaturas mínimas de cuatro a seis grados Celsius y máximas de 16 a 18 grados. “Vamos a tener precipitaciones con láminas de cinco a 15 milímetros”, dijo.

Entre tanto, en los valles se proyecta temperaturas mínimas de 11 a 14 grados Celsius y máximas de 28 a 30, además de lluvias y tormentas eléctricas con láminas de cinco a 15 milímetros.

Sosa puntualizó que en el cono sur se prevé precipitaciones del 5 al 7 de noviembre, mientras que, en el valle alto, bajo y central se pronostica lluvias desde este lunes.

“En el trópico tendremos temperaturas mínimas de 22 a 23 grados Celsius, máximas de 30 y 34, cielos nubosos, no habrá sol pleno y las lluvias y tormentas eléctricas será de 10 a 21 milímetros”, añadió.
